Imperial city problem

[Werewolf_13]

I had just finished the main quest and the emperor septim has become a dragon statue.

I exit the temple to se the district destroyed. The temple is floating above ground and the door to waterfront district is floating so high I can go under it.

 

I do not know if this is a mod problem or something else. That is why I posted it here. Imperial city had no problems to after I completed the main quest.

And it is only in that district the problem occures.

Welcome ;) I had the same problem and it fixed it. It's just a replacement ESP file that you over-write the original one with (back up the original first just in case though).
