goldennboy
Hi, I am using the Lineage 2 elves race mod and the HGEC body mod. I'm encountering a problem with the texture on the nude Lineage 2 elves's bodies. They are textured, but the texture seems to be shifted or not fitting the mesh. The texture got no nipples and the mesh seams are clearly visible. All other races have proper bosy textures.
sierra
The author that created that race had created a patch fix for it. Did you download the patch and applied it?
goldennboy
yes I did, but the problem still exists. Ive read in the comments that other people got the same problem as me, but there is no suggested solution :wallbash:
sierra
Hmmm..I never had this kind of problem before..when I had used this custom race mod. Try resetting? Is that the only female body replacer that you are using?
dezdimona
this mod worked well with the original HGEC body, but the newer Body mods are a problem for this older race mod.
LordEmm
I have no problems with the HGEC body mod and Lineage elves at all. I also have encountered some mesh problems, which are harder to fix than texture problems. You might need to delete the affected folders and reinstall from scratch: That may fix the problem as it has for me. Since Lineage elves are not much dependend on other meshes (as far as i remember), they may only be affected by add ons to the imperial mesh. (or where they based on the darkelf?) In any case a fresh copy of the imperial meshes could solve the problem. It did for me after the meshes for necs and rens elves went strange. Also do the same for the texture folders (delete and reinstall). If you use OBMM you can see what exactly the lineage elves need to be on board. Get a fresh copy of all of that and try again. You can get that by installing a new Oblivion someplace. Yes i know it seems excessive, but i did that to have a clean Data folder in case anything went wrong with mods :) Turned out to be a great idea.
