Skyrim Uncapped Skills Glitch

This is a rather strange glitch that I've never encountered before and I cannot find anything to solve it. I hope someone can provide an answer to this.
I am playing with SkyRe so I don't need to tell that I have the uncapper, skse, skyui.
The bug is on my Smithing skill, I don't know if it will affect other skills but the most advanced skill my character has its smithing. It says its stuck in 199 but keeps leveling up and right now inside the skill tree it says its level 214 so something is wrong here and i need help to solve it because I have no idea how to do it

Everything is fine if you read the uncapper (which you probably haven't if you got it from skyre) then you would know that it is simply a ui issue or something that is the max you can hit I think it may or may not be the max stat benefit As Well so you will still get exp but you won't get any bonus to the skill
