Athletes thread

I thought this would be a good idea for all the other athletes on the site, the idea is a thread to exchange workouts and to act as a workout log, here is my first one.

 

5 minutes of streching

 

1.31 Miles in 8:53 Averaging in 6:47 Mile

 

3 sets of each

25 Elevated Push Ups

30 Curl Ups

10 Pull Ups

30 Squats

15 One leg Calf Raises /Each leg

 

3 Minutes of speed Rope

 

5 Minutes of striking drills

I envy you , you go to a military school, but i am very happy with mine, it is a very patriotic school in a patriotic town, just about every teacher has some affiliation with the military, and my JROTC wins compatitions all the time, so were the cool kids of the campus :P
