dawnprawfet Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 I thought this would be a good idea for all the other athletes on the site, the idea is a thread to exchange workouts and to act as a workout log, here is my first one. 5 minutes of streching 1.31 Miles in 8:53 Averaging in 6:47 Mile 3 sets of each 25 Elevated Push Ups 30 Curl Ups 10 Pull Ups 30 Squats 15 One leg Calf Raises /Each leg 3 Minutes of speed Rope 5 Minutes of striking drills Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
