August 19, 2009 More of a speed workout today

 

200 Meter Dash x2

80 Meter Dash x2

40 Meter Dash x4

 

2 sets of 20 seconds of each/ do as many as i can

Push Ups

Curl Ups

Squats

 

25 of each- For explosive power

Explosive push Ups

Jump Squats

Kipping Pull Ups

 

10 minutes of Stiking Practice

5 Minutes of standing

5 Minutes of Ground

 

 

I was unussual tired today after the workout, im beat :P

That's quite an impressive daily workout.

 

 

I'm not much of an athlete; track and field never really appealed to me, however I'm an avid mountain biker, which is pretty vigorous. With a bike as heavy as mine doing downhill involves a lot of upper body work, so it's like doing a hundred pushups at 30 mph down a hill.

Athletes thread? I've only heard of athletes foot.....

 

Sorry, i had to. :P

 

Anyways, i'm not very athletic. I do disk golfing every so often, and used to do archery, but that's it where athletics is concerned...

 

But i never pass up the opportunity to go bike riding. Mountain biking, not the fancy bmx and motor biking.
