I'm not much of an athlete; track and field never really appealed to me, however I'm an avid mountain biker, which is pretty vigorous. With a bike as heavy as mine doing downhill involves a lot of upper body work, so it's like doing a hundred pushups at 30 mph down a hill. http://i25.tinypic.com/wk44rd.jpgHere's my bike. I do disk golfing every so often, and used to do archery, but that's it where athletics is concerned... But i never pass up the opportunity to go bike riding.
