Medieval_Swordsman1994
Hey Now i know this has probebly been asked before, because it was one of the first things that popped into my head when i discovered there was a mod for oblivion to add morowind if you have the game + the 2 expansions. I was just wondering would it ever be possible to do something like that with oblivion/ fallout 3, Which ever way you would want to do it :P Eg: -Fallout 3 has a time machine taking you to Oblivion-A portal to Fallout 3 on Oblivion I would like it better if Oblivion went into FO3, but i know if it is possible it would be done with fallout 3 Just leave your comments bellow :P~ (PS dpnt go ranting and raving if this has been asked before, im just curious :L)

HOlyCrapOfGod
That, my friend is across the line from modding and blending. Modding is where people add software to create plugins for a video game Blending is a complex process inwhich 2 different games are blended into one, even the most talented of modders probably won't blend because the processes are too long and complex for the average modder, I'll give you an example, A modder uses the ingame software and defaults to add a new and wonderful plug-in, such as midas magic, it modifies the data files, there for, the word mod is short for modification, A blender will completely rip apart the software of two different games, the blender will then proceed to re-create every aspect if those games, essentially editing every mesh, texture, and animation until the games graphics, animations, and details are perfectly in syncronization. once that is complete, the blender will than put the game back togeather again, often on a new and larger disk, basicaly re-creating the entire game. A large scale mod done by a professional team, 1 month-1year on average A blend done by a large team of professional blenders 1-6 years. Some blends that exist that I know of:Call Of HaloNazi Zombie JerichoGrand Theft Need for speedFalloblivion These particular ones are rather large scale, so you would most likely need to buy a disk or something, (I do not know if that's legal, but that's how it is done)
katashy
Also, it would take longer to do due to Bethesdas terms of use and copyright laws. Yeah, they'r made by the samecompany, but theres something in the copyright which makes using objecs from one game inanother. So then you would have to re-create the items. This is also why Morroblivion was cancelld, due to copyright. (I THINK)
