test2
If you enter "tdt" (without quotes) will you get a message "Debug text on" or something like that?Sure. still the console was shifted way to the left before adjusting the iniYup, same here. we cant compare the FO3 setting to TES4.Actually we can and should. Technically speaking, the difference between TES4 and FO3 is mostly superficial.
gurgelstock
Well then I dont know anymore, maybe they did remove these commands (but then why would it still be recongized by the game?) or maybe we should just forget about it and start using fraps :D Actually we can and should. Technically speaking, the difference between TES4 and FO3 is mostly superficial.Of course thats true. But you said that the responsible ini values are about the same (I am not at home and cant confirm this right now), yet the behaviour couldnt be more different. So dont you agree that there is *some* difference?
test2
maybe they did remove these commands (but then why would it still be recongized by the game?)Certainly not removed, perhaps merely disabled (very unlikely). or maybe we should just forget about it and start using fraps :DSadly, it does seem to be the most reliable solution at the moment. No CRAPS for me though, thanks :yucky: But you said that the responsible ini values are about the same (I am not at home and cant confirm this right now), yet the behaviour couldnt be more different. So dont you agree that there is *some* difference?---------stock FO3:iDebugTextLeftRightOffset=10iDebugTextTopBottomOffset=20 stock TES4:iDebugTextLeftRightOffset=10iDebugTextTopBottomOffset=10---------... hardly anything significant, I presume. Anyways, I've witnessed 2 sunsets in a row, so I guess it's time for a nap.
gurgelstock
Then they must have disabled it or something because just yesterday I was playing around with these two lines (iDebugTextLeftRightOffset & iDebugTextTopBottomOffset) and I tried everything from negative values to positive, from 0 to 1000, no luck.
