Skill XP for a dodge?

When I first started Skyrim, my original playstyle was dual-wielding with light armor. My goal was to dodge rather than block, and light armor was good for that purpose.

However, I don't gain experience in my armor skills unless I get hit. This discourages dodging.

Can somebody make a mod where you can get Light Armor skill XP from dodging attacks? You are considered to be "dodging" if all the following criteria are simultaneously met:

1. You are wearing all light armor (head, chest, hands, and feet), irrespective of whether you have custom fit or matching set.

2. An enemy's AI has you targeted when it performs an attack.

3. The attack does not hit you (even if you didn't see it coming, because the computer can't determine what the player can and can't see).

4. Either ...

4(a) You are NOT blocking, or

4(b) You have the "block runner" perk enabled (the reason for this is because, since blocking without that perk slows your movement, it's assumed that you're not trying to dodge).

5. Either ...

5(a) You do not have a bow drawn, or

5(b) You have the "Ranger" perk (same reasons as the blocking).

Then you should be given skill XP equivalent to if that attack had hit you.

This would make dodging a plausible defensive option.

Any takers?

It might also work just to award the player xp in heavy armor or light armor each time you kill an enemy while you're wearing a heavy or light cuirass.

I know it doesn't 'encourage' dodging really, but it would work about as well and it'd be a lot simpler for someone to make, meaning there's more of a chance of someone actually taking the request.
