Broken Quest - The Waters of Life

I decided to start up the MQ again and I get to this point. Dad blows up the rotunda and your supposed to run to the taft tunnels. Well Doctor Li won't move, every time I talk to her she just says "Whats he doing in there". Dad is still somehow alive the kill command won't work on him. Oh and Dad is about 3 foot 5, dunno why, thats not really a problem, made me giggle. The problem is I want to continue on but Doctor Li wont move. Any help would be appreciated

If anyone could help with this it'd be greatly appreciated. I reverted back to a save and Dad is still a kid. Have'nt seen about the Rotunda quest part yet though

Do you have a mod that edits NPCs in general?? Or one that adds a custom body race, try turning them off and retrying it
