Help with Instaling Mods

I just started using mods and I keep getting the same problem.

I have them both in separate Meshes and textures folders within the data folder but I keep getting yellow exclamation points

Pick one mod and stick with that until you have mastered getting textures and meshes in the right place.

Don't pick a huge complex mod, make it something simple, like a single weapon with both Textures and meshes.

 

Try extracting the entire mod directly into your data folder. Most mods will extract properly with the .exe in the data folder, and the textures in the textures subfolder and the meshes in the meshes subfolder.
