Game Freeze at birth

Once my game freezes when during the birth of my character. The doctor or dad was just standing in front of mom staring at some place. I could still press "e" and the baby cries but nothing else.

 

I solved this by :

1. Press "Esc"

2. Go to settings

3. Switch all settings to default (All of them, visual, audio, etc..)

4. The game continues.
