Fewer Useless Loadscreens

I'd like a mod that removes some of the more pointless loadscreens in the game, similar to the way the open cities mod removes the loadscreens entering cities. (possibly by merging the cells?)

 

There are a ton of them, but the ones in particular I can think of right now are:

 

The one at the thieves guild between Ragged Flagon and Ragged Flagon - Cistern.

 

The ones in Whiterun between Dragonsreach, Dragonsreach Jarl's Quarters, and Dragonsreach Dungeon.

 

The ones at the College of Winterhold between Hall of Elements, Arcanaeum, and Arch-Mage's Quarters

 

And any other similar ones between cells within the same building in friendly territory. (the ones in dungeons are fine)

I think the example of Open Cities pretty much shows the downsides of such a mod:

There´d have to be several dozen compatibility patches to cover even only the most popular mods dealing with and altering these areas.

Not everyone would need that. I don't have any mods that alter these areas. I think the best way to do it would be to have an MCM menu with the option to enable or disable each location affected by this mod.

 

For instance if I decide to run a mod that alters the College, I would disable that area on this mod but keep the others.

 

Alternatively, if you could make a small mod just for the Flagon I'd be satisfied with that, since that's the main location that's bugging me. I think people would use such a mod as well, since there are like 15 mods that add new entrances specifically to prevent having to go through so many loadscreens.
