Skills (-) despite no negative effects

I have noticed that some of my skills are being drained. My radiation is 0, I am not equipping anything with negative effects, and I am not addicted to anything. I have just seen Dr Preston in rivet city, he does not mention anything about addiction, but I continually get the speech option 'Can you heal my radiation?' even though it is at 0.

 

Anyone have any idea what is causing this, or any console code to just fix it?

UPDATE

 

exciting development, in my stats the 'Times addicted' is 3. I have only been cured by a doctor once. Do addictions go away by themselves or do I have a bug here?

 

Also, My perception seems to be the only S.P.E.C.I.A.L affected, it has gone down from 8 to 1 =(

 

This is really ruining the game for me. No matter how many mentats I take, I can't get lockpick to go above 46, so I can't unlock many boxes/safes

try the console code that sets your perception to a certain number, sorry dont know it of the top of my head

I have also noticed that some of my skills are being drained, and I'm wondering how long I've played without realizing it, I noticed about half way through mothership zeta.

After using 200 stimpaks, and a large quantity of ammo, I new something was up.

if you guys have EVE, try to disable the ench attached to the laser rifle/pistol.

 

type Player.GetAvInfo Perception, and sometimes it shows all the neg number (mine was -112 Damage av)

 

Player.RestoerAV preception X (X = damage av amount )

 

and remove any other mods that alter the enchant effects that lower the perception.
