She is supposed to be in hiding and she is wearing the same clothes and has not changed her appearance at all. Maybe a hair color or some streaks. After Shep gets hit with the Reaper laser running towards the beam...maybe a little more damage to Shep. The neck area looks pretty clean and if Shep had hair, the hair isn't even messed up. could even remove some hair that would have been burnt off from the laser. Just look at the condition of the armor.
