LE Wanted new type of destruction wall spell

I have been playing skyrim,its dlcs and mods for a long time and there is a particular mod on ash spells which does not have wall of ash spell.I tried my best to do it with the creation kit but failed to accomplish the desired result.I will be very glad if someone can either make such a mod or tell me how to create such a spell.There are three mods to my knowledge which have new types of wall spells,namely-

1.Spells Of Tamriel.

2.Wind Destruction Magic.

3.Nature spell pack.
