AcesTranquility
Im making my own power armor, im using fook 2 textures/meshes for the base. Im only making slight colour tweeks to the t-51b (not to the fook t51b, im making my own unique version - im not changing every t51b). Im only editing the the upper body part. My problem is that im using the fook .nif's that are already linked to the fook t51b dds file. Iv finnished my own dds and i want to replace the fook 2 textures with my new one (im only editing mine like i said so i cant just replace the fook dds with mine as it would change every single one). My question is how do i use/attach my custom t51b dds texture with my new t51b armor? http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/6963/11161549.png Thanks. mechine
Ums stuff in GECK is in lists Like sounds, you go to the misc/sounds part It helps if you open a existing item up that is kind of the same then change the name before you hit ok to create a new forminfact the first thing I do when I open it is change the name You wana go to the textures in GECK, which is the alternate texture listonce you create something here it will then show up on the list for alternate textureswhere you click the model when creating the item, then the spreadsheet list to the right of all the parts of the model you double click which brings up the alternate texture list there is also a method where you change the actual nifwhich is pretty much just finding bsshader texture set in the block list an changing the path in block details, something like that
