mechine
Oh gawd it's not FOSE It's called Mouse lagg, and it's part of the gamebro engine fallout uses you can minimize it via the tweek guide, an probably other things http://www.tweakguides.com/Fallout3_1.html If it's not lag, it's freeze up, an maybe could be FOSE but there's like 20,000 FOSE versions. Get a clean install outside of program files, don't auto install mods, Get a game patch 1.5 1.6 1.7 master update it with FO3edit, use FO3edit normal mode too. uh... I guess you could search mouse lagg too an maybe find something... Do this turn off fallout 3's AA an AF settings (performance) Then force whatever AA an AF you want via your grapics card control paneloverride any application setting for AA, you can even pick a higher setting without losing performance, while fallout's AA an AF eats up FPS (maybe making mouse lag worse) Might as well turn on tripple buffering if you going to AF Getting mouse lag on a semi auto, holster it, open pipboy, unequip it, turn pipboy off, turn pipboy back onequip it again, it may refresh the fire rate, you might wana take cover while you do thisAlso you might wana take cover when you mouse lag, it shouldn't happen very often thoughif it does you'll need to do some tweeking an PC gamer stuff. I got a freaking USB 2.0 mouse an it still lags every so often, more so when 6-12 people are shooting at me. Heck you can set the settings to ultra an turn them halfway down to 3/4 of the way down an not even noticeGetting performance is what is going to minimize the mouse lag effect the most. You wana make clean installs manually, an all the other stuff PC gamers do. Don't be afraid to try things you wouldn't think that would effect something that is bothering you.
