I just purchased a pretty hefty rig to play Skyrim after years of playing the vanilla game on the Xbox 360. I'm very much so looking forward to all the mods that are available but the one's that interest me the most are one's that add to the immersion of the game. Anything that makes the game more "hardcore," is right up my alley. My "essential mods" are definitely realistic needs, Frostfall, and the mod that shows all of the weapons you have. This leaves me with a question though (as I'm not sure that this is a mod that already exists or is one that needs to be requested).

 

I completely understand that this is not everyone's cup of tea but I'd love to see a mod that requires you to carry some kind of bag in order to hold and carry large items. Specifically armor. It could be a relatively large bag but would need to be physically dropped upon entering combat situtation. You could also have a follower carry the bag for you.

 

But essentially no more carrying (invisibly) three armor sets while you clear a dungeon out. You should have to put it in a bag, get it to your horse (which should also have a large bag or a carriage). Again, this would not be for everyone but if I was capable of making a mod this is one I'd definitely do.

 

If this already exists and I'm unaware of it, please point me in the right direction.

Sounds like you need a mod that lowers your carry capacity by X amount (so you have just enough to carry your equipped armor/weapons and some potions) and adds a piece of clothing that looks like a bag and has a carry weight enchant of the same (or more/less) amount.

 

Can't do this myself, but i hope this gives any other modders an impression of how this could be achieved. =)
