Highlord90
OOO doesn't have enemies that level up with you. Bandits will stay in their grubby fur armour at a low level and will NEVER level up with the player. But just because Bandit's stay easy this also means that when you go into a Dungeon you'll likely run into a difficult enemy that is so hard you'll have to run and come back when your a higher level. Oblivion XP works well with this because it removes the vanilla oblivion leveling system and replaces it with an exp bar. Think games like World of Warcraft's kind of leveling and so combined with OOO those hard enemies become XP jackpots if your lucky enough to take one down. As a bonus, cleaning out a hard dungeon not only gets you good exp and decent level gain but the loot OMG THE LOOT. OOO makes exploring dungeons worth more then a cheap, leveled loot or the once in a while enchanted loot. If you clear a dungeon that took you ages to do with multiple levels and hard enemies then you'll most likely find something valuable at the end of it locked in a chest. Unless you use alteration or security though, you wont be able to pick locks above average on chests. I've only ever seen Average chest loot and my character is usually rich after a trip down to Vilveren. Basically OOO and Oblivion XP work well together because you level up at a reasonable rate and get stronger slightly quicker thus allowing you to advance to a harder area. Just stay away from Bruma, it's meant to be really hard in the mountain.
