G.E.C.K. Won't save

I am fairly new to modding with the geck. So far I've done like 10 weapons and 2 cells/dungeons but i have sort of a problem...

I cannot save my work. I can see the files I've done in the geck while i start it and check the "data..."

[ ] Fallout 3

[ ] Operation Anchorage

[ ] Broken Steel

[ ] Point lookout

[ ] The Pitt

[ ] Mothership Zeta

[ ] Hightech targeting range - (my mod)

Now the thing that is bothering me is the fact that there is no plug-in file saved only the mod inside geck with all it's cells and weapons.

Any help?

Vista... /facepalm

s this the reason i hate myself?

I guess the problem is that you need to run it in administrator mode to allow data writing...

I run Windows 7 (which is kinda similar to Vista) and need to run the G.E.C.K in admin mode, otherwise it will say it saved correctly but the file is just missing
