tg08096 Posted March 8, 2014 Share Posted March 8, 2014 Hi, Subject says it all. There seems to be a 3 second or so delay on the ability to use a power/shout/anything with the "z" key. Does anyone know how to modify it? Want to make rapid fire. No scripts, please, looking for an actor value or entry point. If you mod the delay, like the shout delay mult, it will affect all other powers. Maybe give your ability a shout delay mult value modifier effect?
