The symbol of the Romulan fleet (alright, technically the symbol of the Romulan fleet is a stylized bird, but this is hyperbole). And it can be yours for the low low price of actually modding it. Really, it shouldn't be all that difficult, and it's well suited to Oblivion, as we already have pointy-eared characters. A simple shirt and tunic for the budding Romulan. Pleeaassee?
