Question about Perks that affect groups of items/creatures

I'm working on a fairly huge addon and recently, I thought that a handful of new perks would be a fun touch to more fully integrate it into the game. So I decided on 2 of them - one that increases damage against a new specific faction of enemies, and another to increase the damage done by the new weapons I've added.

 

So I went into the Pyromaniac and Entomologist perks, figuring I'd just copy their formats as they both achieve exactly what I was hoping to do with my perks. I created a form list for the weapons to be affected by the new Weapon perk, as the Pyromaniac perk has a form list for its weapons.

 

The thing is, I can't tell what 'links' the enemy types to Entomologist, and what links the Pyromaniac Form List to the perk. When I open both perks, neither seems to be affected by a script, and neither has any active conditions that I see.

 

So I am looking at their separate parts, unable to figure out what connects them.

 

Does anyone know how these work? What tells the Pyromaniac perk to use the weapons in the PerkPyromaniacWeapons formlist, and what tells the Entomologist-type perks to increase damage to only their respective enemy groups? I don't see formlists for those, or scripts as I've mentioned.

 

Any help would be wonderful, thank you!

For Pyromaniac open the perk in GECK, open the Entry Point under Perk Entries, choose the Weapon tab under Conditions, and you will see the condition that references the formlist. It almost the same for Entomologist except the condition is under the Target tab.
