Devilmark Posted March 9, 2014 Share Posted March 9, 2014 So I've run into a bit of a problem when attempting to mod my game. Everything I've done so far works rather nicely(maybe a little OP, but I'm just learning.) The problem I've run into is with Weapon Mods. I've changed them in the Coalesced.bin, and the stats all stay as I made them in my .bin file...but in the game nothing has changed. They remain the same boring mods.This makes me very unhappy. I want the mods to be different, but apparently the game does not draw it's stats for the mods from the Coalesced.bin file like it does stats for Powers or Weapons themselves. I have searched everywhere for a solution, and it seems no one has even the slightest tidbit of information. Not even so much as a, "sorry, it can't be done."Is there a way to change what the mods do? If so, how do I do it? Because the changes to my Coalesced.bin have not done the trick. DaedalusCain Posted May 12, 2014 Share Posted May 12, 2014 The weapon and mod stats will default to whichever entry for the weapon is the newest. New mods were added in several DLCs, and others were changed later on, so what's in Coalesced may be ignored in favor of the DLC file that replaced that section. Most of what you're looking at is in DLC 4 and 5, which means unpacking the sfar files and all the headache that entails. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
