djones6 Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 so basic idea, i want to put two factions (custom made by me) into the game. thats the easy part that i kind of understand. Im asking for help on whats the easiest way to spread 5 person squads across the mojave. Id like for them to be kind of randomized look wise, and of the 5 person squads 3 will be standard infantry, 1 an officer (2 weps and armor), and one heavy. Thanks to all who assist with my stupidness.
ethanv131313 Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 I suppose you could simply place them in random spots through out the wasteland, kinda like the enclave camps in fallout 3. As for random apperance, you could make several armors and put them in leveled lists.
AxlDave Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 I could have an educated guess at how to accomplish this, but you're probably better off downloading this Fallout 3 mod, which adds BoS patrols to the DC ruins. Open that in FO3 GECK and see how it's done, then apply whatever is necessary to do what you want.
