Really annoying leveling glitch due to XFO, FOOK 2, or MMM

Alright so here's the dealio. I recently re-installed Fallout 3 and installed the latest version of FOOK 2 (1.2), XFO (0.84), and MMM (RC 4.1). Anyway, the thing is I seem to be randomly gaining ABSURD amounts of XP seemingly out of nowhere, and gaining twice the amount of perks and skillpoints. I'll give you a couple of examples.

 

I was out in the Wasteland looting the corpses of some fresh raider nublets when all of a sudden I gain a whopping 1959XP or something like that, my XP bar instantly going from 5 to 6. So I gain all the benefits: perks, skillpoints, etc. Roughly 5 seconds later I gain another 1959XP and see the arrow going up a small notch from FIVE to SIX, ONCE AGAIN. Basically meaning I earned a free level, without actually leveling.

 

This happened once again in Tenpenny Tower as I was exiting my suite; I suddenly gained around 2857XP or something, the bar showed my XP going from level 8 to 9 instantly, I gained all the perks and benefits, and a few seconds later, I gain another 2857XP, and the XP bar shows the arrow going up a small notch from level EIGHT to NINE AGAIN!!.

 

Hopefully you guys can understand what the problem is, and help solve it. I got these mods to make Fallout 3 more challenging and balanced, and at this rate, I'm going to be a godlike Jack of all Trades, master of all skills by the time I hit level 15!
