Dracula420
i downloaded a body and head replacer (both of which i liked) but neither one had any sort of tattoo option.so i started creating my own. i'm very new at retextures and the only retexturing i've done is the pipboy background so i just backed up my body textures folder and started experimenting. the only program i have for editing a dds is paint.net so the quality isn't the greatest (yet!).i woud very much like some feedback on them. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/imageshare/image.php?id=7326http://www.fallout3nexus.com/imageshare/image.php?id=7327http://www.fallout3nexus.com/imageshare/image.php?id=7328http://www.fallout3nexus.com/imageshare/im...d=7331 - contains nudity
ChewieBacca
I would lighten it up changing the transparency to 70-80%, other than that it looks great
Skree000
awesome so far! note, some of them look a bit pixelly, consider saving as DDS compression DXT3 or even DXT5 for more soft results. DXT1 only retains either 100% transparent or 100% opaque. DXT3 allows 16 levels of transparency blending, and DXT5 is full spectrum blending with thousands of levels of opacity, giving your alpha textures a softer look
