Problems with Tamriel Heightmaps lod land generation

Hey guys so I have been using Tamriel heightmaps and a ton of the TWMPs installed, however when I travel around to lands added by the heightmap mod, the lands sometimes don't show, or will show weird "ghost" land textures that you can pass through. I've included a bunch of screenshots and corresponding locations that show where land should be and where it shouldn't. I have run TES4LODGEN so that isn't the problem.

TES4LodGen does only one thing. It scans every cell for included objects and structures and sets the LOD files accordingly for every object it finds that has a corresponding "..._far.nif" file present.

It does 'not' do anything about the actual landscape or the LOD representation of it for viewable when distant landscapes.

I'm out of the game for a while now, but if I remember correctly, that's TES4LL (TES 4 Landscape LOD) 's responsibility: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/40549
