Can i Request a Mod?

What im asking for(im not sure if its already been made,i didint dig deep)are black bow bandits and marauders fighting randomnly having battles out in the wilderness right when they appear on screen

 

Now,the house i want would be a castle,very much like battlehorn,but floating,ON A CLOUD!That can be visible from anywhere,A.K.A when outside,no matter how far you were,you could always see it.And to get to it,a stair case,which when,after you walk a few steps,you go through a portal leading all the way to the castle,and the staircase would be located at the edge of dive rock,and at the castle,instead of litterally walking on the cloud,you would be walking on a slab of torn earth being held up by the cloud.(A.K.A,you could only see the full cloud from the ground)Now,as i said before,i want it to bare a strong resemblance to battlehorn castle,i dont care how long the NPC's talk(A.K.A silent voice)so long as its longer than ten seconds to read the subtitles,i dont care if there is a quest to get it,Most features will be up to the modder
