House mod idea for underpall

First off, I looked and if there is one I'll be glad to see it. Im new at modding so I don't have the full grasp of what everything does. So here is the idea, after the night of the nine quest Underpall is well vacant, huge, unique. It would make a awesome cave house for either dark characters or the more in touch with nature. It already has much of the atmosphere of the evil, in nature, or vampires. It would make a great place for even a vampire faction.

 

I was just hopping that it was already done when I looked for it there was nothing, and I was surprised. I plan to take a stab at it and this will be my first mod, so its something I could use any advice or tips on ^^

 

and on a side note, I was wanting to if I go with a new race, link it to a empty world or such to create a under ground race, but I haven't got a good grasp on linking places, lol I am more design less script and other so anything on that would help ^^

Thanks ^^ much appreciated, Ive been running thru different guides the last few days but, its absorbing the information lol thats taking the most time. ^^

 

edit: surprising enough, I was using these all but the creating a house and dungeon im still on the first lessons XD im more of a on hands learner so all the reading is well (not sinking in so good) lol thanks much for the help and looks like ill have two or three ideas for this mod, may end up trying my hand at all three. >.>; apparently i like pain, cause I seem to take on tasks that cause much pain to my mind and my patience.
