Fallout leveling issues, crashes

Hi im using a few addons XFO stalker, FOOK 2, MMM etc and have issues of crashing when i level up, also having the issue of huge bursts of xp during gameplay, is this normal for FOOK or wahtever, here is my load order

I had the same problem, only real soltuion wasn't one, had to disable all mods then set my level to 30, or 20 with not BS, the DLCs must be disabled too but you will lose all your stuff by doing this so cheat mods for uniques and ones for giving perks are needed

Console code for player level : player.setav level 30 ( for BS)

plus, does EVE not conflict with FOOK??

And i would load MMM last with Fellout, at least the esps, not esms

not as far as i know, but i want the experienc eof leveling for this run through so im annoyed it like taht, i got to level 8 without crashes, maybe i will sort through them 1 by 1 to see which cause it
