RSS feeds problems

The latest files and latest updated files rss feeds apparently have errors that prevent many readers from properly updating the feeds. W3C validator results:

I think it is the "&" sign in line 25 or maybe the second ">" in the same line. I notice all the other "and" in descriptions are spelled out and not typed as "&".

 

This tool is WAY to useful to be broken!
