Advice on LoadOrder, BOSS and Tes5Edit used! Need help please!

Hello everyone,

 

so i used BOSS and Tes5Edit to sort my mods and installed everything according to readme's, as far as i can tell! :tongue:

 

There are a couple of unrecognised plugins, i am not sure if they are the problem, but hostly, i don't know...

 

Would someone please look at my LoadOrder and give me some advice as to what i can do?

 

I dont really have CTD's, only rarely, but it does freese on me on a regular basis, couldn't find out what the cause of that is though.

mp.esp is my Merged Patch made using Tes5Edit.

I have also used CBBE's female body replacer, Bella Better Females, Skyrim HD - 2K Textures and amidianborn book of silence...

I think thats everything... though some of the things dont have plugins i think i've mentioned everything.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could have a look and tell me what they think!

This doesn't look so bad. Alas, Skyrim will crash on occasion nonetheless. You might look into using BUM to manually add these plugins to your BOSS masterlist. Then you can tell the unrecognized ones where to go and they'll automatically do it when you run BOSS from there on out.

 

You can get rid of Hothtrooper44_Armor_Ecksstra.esp entirely - it's empty and doesn't do anything. Check it out in TES5Edit and you'll see it has no contents.

 

For RND, look at the RND Merged ESP 2 under the Optional Files, if you want to clear up your load order (use the ESP from there instead of the ones you have now, but keep the other stuff from the original package). RND_AnimalLoot.esp is fine where it is - keep it sorted after the other RND stuff.

 

Likewise, just make sure patches load after the mods they make work together. ETaC - Complete 3DNPC Patch.esp after both the ETaC stuff and 3DNPC.esp, etc. I think your Aela mod is probably fine where it is, too.

 

You can look at the specific conflicts any of your BOSS-unrecognized mods have in TES5Edit and see what they conflict with, and then guess whether the right things are being overwritten given where you've put them in your load order. If not, change something. Good luck!
