Skyrim CK - NPC randomness appearance

Hello, till now i've mastered helping my self with everything i do but today i have a question.

Does anyone know how to do this:

Creating a prototype npc who will always spawn with a random appearance such as:

Sex:
Face:
Race:

everything else isn't important.

So if i creat such an npc it should be always appear different with these 3 parameters. If i just spawn it per console.

simple concept - 1 Npc always appear different per spawn.
