Who actually uses OBSE?

I don't think that scripting modders tend to avoid it or "evade" it, your sample is a bit flawed.

Well, it isn't a full-blown research :)...It was a sample to guess the thought of the general user.

I'm probably prejudiced, but I thought I wasn't that far from the truth.

I know several teams that don't use OBSE because they think most people don't know how to use it and would loose a lot of people that would download it. I just wondered if that would be necessarily or not. Of course...50 is far from much..

Yes evading is a big word, but the general thought is, at least..what I think, is that you should not use it unless you need it. As there could be reason for using at, as things might go easier or provide a better experience.

 

But you've got your point proven, I'll ask there at the official forum as well then.

They are far more focused on scripting than here. It was too early to tell things from 3 posts ;) on the modders-side.

I'll post any results, over time, right here..

Yeah I use OBSE and I load it up every time I play!

 

I have no idea why I have it or what it does (extends scrips durr, but whatever that is :P)
