NPC's don't draw weapons

Well, I've installed a few animation replacers for combat, and I had a few other problems for me, where if I pulled my one handed sword out, I would have an invisible weapon.

I have fixed that issue, but not entirely.

Now, when in combat, NPC's will do what I was doing. They will draw their weapons and just have an invisible weapon and not attack.

I was watching NPC's fight each other, and they would just circle around, staring at each other and not attack.

Is there any fix for this?

Oh, also, when they draw nothing and appear as if they are holding a weapon

Their real weapon stays holstered.
