What is the problem...crashing? Texture error? Because I don't notice anything

Crash to desktop when arriving within a distance of Springvale. Basically when I get past the first rocket car thing it crashes. That's from Vault 101 taking the road down into springvale. How do you update saves or whatever to make it so you can use saves.

use it to create a merged patch, activate it, go somewhere secluded to wait for cells to reset, and see if that helps.
