C4rn463
The idea is you being able to start a new game, but keeping S.P.E.C.I.A.L., skills, perks, level from another save game.
ecksile
You could just use the console and add the corresponding numbers to each skill its time consuming but that's what i used to do for oblivion. Here (http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Console) scroll down to Stats and character manipulation that should help you.
C4rn463
yea i know u can do that with console, but would be easier with just a mod/program, and also adding perks from mods would be a pain in the ass. it could be done with a program that reads those stats from a save file and put all into a .txt file soo u start new game and just use bat command
dra6o0n
He also means that when you use a "New Game+" That it takes your character and paste it into a Entirely "new" game, so you would be born again... It could be a Save Mod thing, where using the console for a New Game + will cause you to load the "ready" area before you leave the vault door... Quests would reset, level would have to reset (for obvious reasons) and the plus side is you get to keep certain aspect of your previous game... OR It could "Simulate" a new game+ but in reality it just alter's your location and any quest flags to reset... But this is a lot of work and can break a lot of things... HMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... Maybe... Just maybe...Attach new game plus to a Alternative start mod and turn it into a overhaul mod?Because if it uses a alternative start, using a new game plus is easier to relocate your character and if its a overhaul, you can reset everything else easily... Hopefully....
