Pixelated lips?

Well, this is a glitch that happens to a few people

But, my lips seem to be pixelated..

I've gotten some HD makeup, but I'm not sure if its working or not.

I've searched up this, and I've found that if you delete a certain line from SKSE.ini

It'll fix it

Problem is, I don't have one. Or at least I can't find it. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, heres a picture of my problem. http://gyazo.com/7a952dbe827554e4c9ea37e7cab3cc98

In order to make HD makeup work, you have to *add* a line to the SKSE.ini located in your Data -> SKSE folder. If that does not exist, you should create it (you must have SKSE installed, obviously).

I've never heard anything about deleting a line from the SKSE.ini.
