billypnats
http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7817 For those of you that want better performance, this mod, according to description, clears cell buffers every now and then to ensure a smooth performance But according to popular belief, the "PCB" script is apparently broken by bethesda incompetence. The file has a single .esp, which means it probably uses the script to purge cell buffers. But then Quazzy made it, and that means it usually works lol. I tried it, but not sure if its working. I encourage you all to use it, and post your results here

Harabec Weathers
Yea from what Ive experienced from PCBs (used them with Oblivion) they did more harm wtth random CTDs. Some sort of error when radiply moving from cell to cell. Not sure how explain it beyond that lol.
Skree000
i get sudden CTDs when cars explode very close to me usually. I just assume the explosion was so violent it ripped open the space time continuum and the DC wasteland ceased to exist so the game quit on me =/
