Vagrant0
There's a neat trick called "copy render" I believe there is atleast one arena cell which does not contain any doors or important objects. The exterior is a slightly more complicated matter since it is kinda rigged special around the IC. It is however important to point out that the inside area of the arena cannot fit inside the exterior, and that in many places the two look significantly different. The main reason why the arena is in pieces instead of a single object is due to how havok surfaces work with the game. Any time something touches the face of a havoked object, the entire object is processed. The more surfaces there are on that havoked object, the more processing is needed. By breaking things up into smaller pieces, the task of processing havok is handled only by that part that was touched, and the amount of information that is processed is less. Essentially, if you're too lazy to copy and paste, you're too lazy to make mods and should just quit now. Building the arena from scratch isn't even that hard to do, since almost all the pieces are arranged in a radial manner from a central point. Using a large grid snap can work wonders.
