I created a plugin though TES CS that has a Birthsign and a weapon under the birthsign that you get as well if you take that one. I use Oblivion Mod Manager to set up different load orders and turn on and off different ones. I tested in Utilities -> New Conflict Detector to see if there was something conflicting that was making it not work with other mods. Basicly my issue that I seem to be experiencing is that any mod that I am creating and saving. If I load the plugin I made with any others I can't extract any of the data in-game, acquire the weapon or gain the birthsign. But if I get the birthsign and weapon without any others on and then save, and restart the game with the other mods with that one I still have all the abilities and weapon. My question is this: Is there a way to fix it to where I can have all the mods on and still be able to acquire the new birthsign other than starting the game with all mods turned off cept that one, getting it and then saving and turning all the others back on as well.
