Floating grass

Hi all! I have played in Skyrim over 60+ hours and today i've got a bug with floating grass. First time i saw it in my Whiterun house (Breezehome)... 20 minutes later that glith was in Cairn of Souls (burial ground). I have tried to add those line to *.ini files:

 

bAllowLoadGrass=0
bAllowCreateGrass=1
bDrawShaderGrass=1

 

But floating grass appear again and one way to "repair" it - save/quit to desktop/launch game/continue.

Anyone know how to fix this "flying" grass?
