Because I also have a problem with the Elsweyr mod being really laggy.

 

Hum... Could you check if in the mods that are listed, some require the unofficial oblivion patch and which version of Oblivion they require ? Elsweyr brings a lot of content and this can explain a FPS hit if your computer is a bit slow.

No, Elsweyr does not list any requirements except to turn off borders and have the official patch that I already have.

 

bben46: streamline 3 made it more laggy than before! And it didn't fix the video options problem.

try get the official patch 1.2 and install it.that should allow you to adjust your graphic options from the oblivion exe;).and if that doesn;t work you should search "mpeg2.ini" file or smth like that.when you have found it rename it "mpeg2.ini.old".at least that is how i resolved my problem with crashes.

I already have the patch, but I'll try renaming that.
