Odd Megaton Issue

I've recently downloaded a number of Mods for Fallout and everything was running smoothly until today. I was doing the Wasteland Survival Guide quest, the Minefield part of chapter one. I had completed it and was heading back to Megaton, using the quick travel function. it took a bit longer than usual to load but nothing more than that. I tried to enter "My Megaton House" but as soon as it finished loading the screen blanked out and it crashed back to the desktop. Here are all of the mods I'm currently running through FOMM in load order:

If anyone can tell me what might be causing this issue it would be most appreciated. I am also using FOSE and the Archiveinvalidated Invalidated! function of FOMM.
