XFO + FOOK 2 + MMM Load order?

Yeah, my game crashes when I run them all at the same time. I have the FOIP patch, but honestly I don't think I understand the load order that well from the read-me. Could someone give me the correct load order?

 

For now, here's my load order:

 

Fallout3.esm

CALIBR.esm

Anchorage.esm

FOOK2main.esm

Fook2main.esp

FOOK2EVE.esp

-XFO esps- (pacing_med.esp, perkpaths.esp, etc.)

Mart's Mutant Mod.esm

Mart's Mutant Mod - XFO+FOOK.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod main.esp

-Mart's Mutant Mod .esps- (increased spawns.esp, tougher traders.esp, etc.)

 

Well that's about it. Any help would be great.
