To get a glowing effect the tattoo needs to be a 1 colour tat that you can then assign the same colour in each of the colour channels when you use it (as I do this in the toolset I don't know how any of the other editors or Mor files do this part).Dull tattoo apart from changing the saturation of the colour to maximum can't be changed .
