portbash Posted September 15, 2009 Share Posted September 15, 2009 ahoy me hearties... I'm looking for a way/method to create plain ingame cutscenes using different cameras. I never thought that this would be such an act, as f3 is full with camera code - but it seems that its not such an easy issue. So I would like to ask for opinions how this could be accomplished the best. At the moment I'm using the FOSE tabkey command to force into the third person camera. But this is just a temporary solution, as I don't have any control of the 3rd person cam, or can the distance, anlge and height be accessed? Another thought is to create a VATS scene using vats cameras, leaving all combat behavior off-limits. Can this be done? A third idea is to place the player as the camera and spawn a player-copy npc as actor. For this I'm currently looking for a way to create such a visual copy of the player...
