LE Looking for Group

I was wondering if anyone had considered making a costume- or skin mod to allow one to play the game while looking like "Richard" from "Looking for Group"?

I thought it'd be neat to be able to mimic his looks. The powers he shows off seem to be covered by mostly existing spells too.

 

Anyone up for making something like this?
